Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unopened, unused item in its original packaging.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used, altered, or tampered personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Please contact By Momma's Hands before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Do not send a product to the address shown on the original shipment unless instructed.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return that meets the conditions above, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
